These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reborn: Quit Smoking Tracker mobile application (“Reborn”, the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Reborn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
Reborn is a wellness and smoking cessation tracking application designed to help users track their progress toward quitting smoking.

Some information displayed by Reborn may be based on calculations, estimates, user-provided information, or general wellness information.

We do not guarantee that all calculations, statistics, or information provided by the App will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
Reborn may offer premium features through paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
Subscription availability, pricing, billing periods, and features may vary by country, platform, and offer.
Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store, including Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform you use.
Where applicable, subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the applicable app store’s cancellation procedures.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your applicable app store account settings.
Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the applicable app store’s terms and policies.
If you download Reborn through Apple’s App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.
The App is licensed to you, not sold to you.
Your use of the App is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable, unless a separate custom EULA has been provided.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App, except where required under applicable law.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, except where required by applicable law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you.
Reborn and its content, including but not limited to:
are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works based on Reborn or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
If Reborn allows you to enter personal notes, goals, or other content, you retain ownership of your content.
You grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, and display that content in order to provide the App’s functionality.
You are responsible for the content you choose to submit to the App.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others.
Reborn may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, notifications, and subscription management.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or policies of third-party services.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain features of Reborn at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using Reborn at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or use the App in an unlawful manner.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App.
Your continued use of Reborn after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
