You are responsible for the information you enter into Soberly and for your decisions regarding your alcohol consumption and personal health.
Soberly does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or level of success from using the App.
Soberly may offer paid subscriptions or other premium features.
Purchases made through Soberly are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Prices, subscription periods, available plans, and features may change from time to time.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account and App Store settings.
If Soberly offers a free trial or introductory offer, the applicable duration, pricing, and conditions will be displayed before you start the offer.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, a subscription may automatically renew after a trial or subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account and App Store settings.
All content, design, graphics, logos, software, text, and other materials contained in Soberly are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and operating system required to use the App.

You may stop using Soberly at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We may suspend or terminate access to certain features if necessary to protect the App, its users, or our services, or if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Soberly after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
